To Do and Shopping List download

Here are some things that are helping me stay organized, now that I have lost memory brain cells with having our third child. If you click on them and copy and paste, you can use them too.
What are some things that help keep you organized?

Not letting David touch anything once I have organized it. I love clear plastic bins (so I can see what I have in them) I even started a food inventory, it worked while we were living in ogden and centerville. I guess I should start it back up again. Ikea has some great oganizational stuff. My problem isn't remebering what to get at the store, the problem is remembering to grab all of my bags and give them my coupons. I am totally going to use these now. Thanks Brook

Ronni, that is funny! I don't let Steve organize anything either! Especially the kitchen. But he does get to touch stuff because he does all the dishes!

Post-its and a small spiral notebook. We have magnetic magazine holders (made for school lockers that I got from PB Teen) on our fridge. In one we keep take out menus (even though we don't order that much it is still nice to have them on hand) and in the other one we keep pens, sharpies, and large post-it pads. I can start a list for something on one of the pads, and if I need to make another list I just stick the first one to the fridge. The spiral notebook is on my beside table at night (because I always think of things as I am falling asleep) and then stays close to me most of the day. I write ideas, projects, questions, things to discuss with Steve... it all has to be written down otherwise my pregnant brain forgets.

What a cute idea...I'm on my second and feel I've lost all brain cells too. Thomas gives me funny looks every now and then and I have no idea why...then I find a refrigerated item in the cubboard. True story.

Hey Brook! I'll tell ya what I have loved with my grocery list. Is I have things broken down like you in sections of the store and even the order it comes in the store i shop at, but I have pretyped into my computer the things I typically buy monthly. The idea is to print it as the week goes by and if I need something that's not on the list I add it, but then cross off what I don't need. This way I usually don't forget something as it's always printed. If anything sometimes I end up with extra but I never mind becuse then it becomes my food storage!
