You are so lucky. We love Zucchini. You can cut it and freeze it, you can stuff it and bake it.. Cooking with zucchini is great.
Stuff them in car windows at church. I do.

I have a great zucchini brownie or zucchini hamburger casserole if you want them.
Wow! Shred it and freeze it. Then you can make zucchini bread whenever you feel like it.

We were only gone for 9 days. Our zucchini's were not that big when we left for Utah, but now they are the size of little slugger baseball bats. I've made bread, lazagna, and even some zucchini babies, any suggestions on what to do with them now?
